About Prip Kenya

Participatory Research and Innovation Program (PRIP is a women’s Organization founded by women domestic workers, to bring about practical inclusive development through promoting inclusive policies, legislation and practices. Women domestic workers work in an unregulated environment, which exposes them to violations in regards to employment rights, unfair remuneration, and bad working conditions. This group of workers is employed casually without any form of written agreements, the terms of engagement are limited to an individual commitment to the tasks and payments.
