It acknowledges that women have historically been underrepresented in leadership roles and aims to rectify this imbalance. PRIP advocacy efforts often focus on empowering women to pursue leadership roles. This may involve providing training, mentorship programs, and resources to help women develop the skills and confidence needed for leadership positions. It also works  to challenge and break down stereotypes and biases that may hinder women from ascending to leadership roles. This includes combating notions that leadership is a male-dominated domain.
