Promoting women’s and girls’ human rights advocacy, education, and awareness creation is essential for achieving gender equality and empowering women and girls which requires a multi-faceted approach that involves governments, civil society organizations, educational institutions, and the broader community. PRIP has a long-term commitment to creating a more equitable and just society for all. PRIP has adopted:

Education and Training by providing education and training programs that focus on human rights, gender equality, and women’s empowerment; Develop age-appropriate curricula and materials for schools and communities to educate girls and boys about their rights and the importance of gender equality. Awareness campaigns that targets various media platforms, including social media, TV, Radio and print. Use storytelling, testimonials, and real-life examples to illustrate the challenges faced by women and girls in Kenya and highlight the importance of human rights. PRIP uses Legal literacy workshops and seminars to enhance women’s and girls’ knowledge of their legal rights and Collaborate with legal experts to provide guidance on legal processes and recourse in cases of gender-based discrimination or violence. PRIP Engage in Advocacy and Lobbying  efforts at local, national, and international levels to push for legal reforms and policies that promote gender equality. We also build alliances with like-minded organizations and individuals to strengthen advocacy efforts. PRIP promotes community engagements by organizing community dialogues, forums, and workshops to encourage open discussions on gender-related issues
